Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) Pure Encapsulations contains indole-3-carbinol. Indole-3-carbinol is found naturally in cruciferous vegetables. Cruciferous vegetables include cabbage, bok choy, broccoli, brussel sprouts, or cauliflower. Pure Indole-3-Carbinol. New Size 400 mg 60 caps.
- Does NOT have rosemary. Rosemary mimics estrogen.
- Rosemary is used as an antioxidant in competitor Indole-3-carbinols to prevent decomposition.
- Please refrigerate to prevent breakdown.
