Bio Identical ProgesterOne is helpful for pms and balancing hormone ratios (capitalization for ProgesterOne is for emphasis only. Not progestin which, to my understanding, is not bio identical, it chemically is different than what your body produces.) The coconut oil delivery is easily absorbed. Maybe used as part of your BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy). Please see a BHRT doctor, get your Estrogen and Progesterone levels tested, have your dr determine ratios and then supplement by applying to your skin in the natural rhythm that is your cycle. Bottle was sealed very nicely, stopper was not in it, and was next to it. All things were very nicely packaged. And the info given was informative, but a bit to much (I'm an average progesterone user, I'm not a severe case, and I think that it is unrealistic for me, or possibly for others, to follow such a strict regiment.) But the info given was thorough but a bit overwhelming.

As I have just started using this I do see a difference in some of the issues that I was experiencing which was my main reason for ordering this behind all of the amazing reviews and also hearing that the doctor is so involved with the customers as I've actually spoken to him personally he called me after I had left him a message I was actually. Shock I was a little skeptical.
