I spent a long couple of years trying many different things before I found this. Our body needs Progesterone to be replaced and topical is the safest way to do that. This has cut my drenching hot flashes and overall pounding heart down 80% I am so grateful to have found something that finally works. I use 2 eyedropper fulls every morning- rotating the areas...thighs/arms/stomach/legs.. ect. It WORKS. Hallelujah. Finally.

I feel confident using this product because it is natural and most of what Dr. Eckhart says is true in regards to hot flashes and menopause and staying away from the everyday products we use that has chemicals.

This Ian the best progesterone I have used . It absorbs nicely into your skin and helps with night sweats and sleeping at night . I use one dropper full twice a day. I won't be without this ever:))
